Wellness & Vitality

This package is for established patients, but it can be purchased by anyone who wants to become a patient. An initial evaluation visit must be booked separately if you are a new patient.

The Wellness & Vitality package costs $2,400 for 12 visits ($200 per visit). It can be paid in full or as 3 monthly installments of $800 each - which will be billed in Jan, Feb, and Mar of 2025 (based on your initial purchase date).

You can use your Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flex Spending Account (FSA) to pay for this package, but it’s always a good idea to check with your plan administrator.

You can only purchase this package between Jan 15 - Jan 31, 2025.

Visits must be used within one year of the purchase date.

Yes! Visits can be shared by members of the same household.

We can only take one method of payment though, so the installment payments must be on the same card.

Initial evaluation visits must be booked separately. This package is for follow-up/treatment visits only.

You can determine the best frequency and timing for your visits. The visits don’t have to be used monthly if you want to come in more often than that.

If you purchase this package using the installment option you will get 4 visits credited with each installment payment. So you would have 4 visits that you can use before your next installment payment, which means you could come in once a week if desired.

The pay-in-full option receives credit for all 12 visits up front, so you can use them as often as you’d like.
